I made Hobo Pie for the potluck tomorrow. Well I always called it Hobo Pie because it's so messy, but it seems like everyone else calls it Death By Chocolate. Either way, YUM!

I went to Vegas after school today with Ashley and Gareth to pick up Ashley's mom. While we were up there I bought myself a new purple dry erase marker and a zipper foot for my sewing machine. We also had Panera for dinner.

No not really, but it's believeable by looking at my eye. Actually I don't know what caused it, I woke up this morning and my eyelid was swolen. It doesn't hurt, but I keep tearing up on the left side. It's crazy, and I hope it goes away soon.

I didn't miss any days of school this year so I was given a perfect attendance award at the teacher recognition meeting today. Whoop-de-do. All because I manage to get out of bed every morning. I would have prefered the $100 per day that the district would have paid the sub they would have needed to get if I took the day off.

A Summer dress for myself done! I plan on making 5 more dresses for myself before going back to Ohio, they will be my new summer wardrobe. Plus I need to use up fabric that I've had for longer then I'd like to admit, which is why I made 5 scrub tops too. Can you tell I've raided my batik stash?

I got ten jars of yummy homemade jelly today!!! Yum Yum! (If you're wondering why there are only nine jars in the picture, I gave one to Ashley and Gareth already.)

I found this little guy in my cereal bowl when I pulled it out of my cabinet this morning. It scared me very badly! I took this picture then smashed it with my shoe.

P.S. The small ones are the most poisonous I'm told, I'm not taking any chances.

I took one dose of this tonight and was out by 8. Yes, the lable does say that it is children's Benadryl, and it's bubble gum flavor. (P.S. I'm writing this the next day because I was out like a light. I then woke up at 4 am the next morning.)

I went to the ATM today and I'm not kidding, this car was there for no less then 10 minutes! That was even after I pulled up behind it. After the first few minutes I considered just going to the walk up one in the front of the bank, but then a big SUV pulled up behind me so I was stuck. When it was finally my turn I pulled up, swiped my card, took out $20, and completed my transaction all in under 2 minutes. Yes it can be done! (Maybe I should start going to the other ATM in town, weird things keep happning at this one all of a sudden.)
