I almost sent Jen to the hospital today with this stew. I didn't realize it had mushrooms in it until I started making it. I quickly put it in containers for myself for lunch for school and made a different dinner.

One of my first grade students drew me a picture of me standing next to Aqua Man! (I'm the one on the left). I told him I always wanted to meet a super hero and he said it was my lucky day! I'm not sure why he didn't color me in too, but I think I look fantastically thin!
