I went to see my friend Beth and attend an artist talk at her gallery today!  The artist was our 2nd year Drawing professor at the Cleveland Institute of Art, and it was really cool to see him again!

I went to Chick-fil-a for lunch today and they had these promotions up.  Just so you know, cow appreciation day is on July 13th!

This picture is really dark, but it is the beginning of the beaded cape that I am working on.  It took me 2 days to cast on for it because I am not quite following the directions of the pattern.

It suddenly dawned on me today that I am leaving for Ohio in a few days and I need to pack, so here is round one.  I took a picture with my iPad but can't figure out how to get it from there, so this was taken with my camera instead. Technology.

I'm working on a beaded cape, and I may be a little insane, but my yarn kept tangling because I'm using 3 strands together so I inverted a table and used the legs to wind off the strands together so I could roll it into a ball.  Parth came home in the middle of this process, and I'm sure he had no idea what to think about it!  I put everything back the way I found it so it's ok.
