It started out cloudy today, so that means that it's going to be an interesting day.The office called an emergency lock down (which means that the teachers have to lock the kids in their room because of some sort of danger on campus) right before I was scheduled to have 5th grade. I ended up with the entire class of 5th graders and all 4 1st grade classes. Although you can't see it in this picture I snapped really quick, I have about 100 students in my room plus 3 other teachers. It was quite interesting, there were kids everywhere!!!

At the end of the day I got a present from my secret pal!

Sewer Day!

Today we didn't have school because the sewer line broke so the bathrooms didn't work. The kids got to school on the bus and we had to call all of the parents to have them picked up. It was quite the event! I still had to go to the meeting at 2, but getting a free half day was pretty awesome!

Best Day Ever!!! There was a 1st grade field trip today so I didn't have WTR or 1st grade today. Thursdays also happen to be the day I don't have Kindergarten either, so it truely was fantastic! I felt like a real art teacher for once this year.

Sigh, back to reality tomorrow.
