I'm cheating a bit. I knit this blanket at least 2 years ago, but I've recently had someone ask me for the pattern since I started knitting another one (I did just take the picture today). Since I designed it in my head and never wrote it down I had to sit down and figure out how to translate what I have in my head that automatically goes to my hands without thinking into a knitting pattern that anyone else would understand. My biggest hope is that it makes sense to anyone who trys to knit it.
